Business and he would teach them. He said he had to do everything himself from getting all licenses,all paper work,getting the lease in his name and taking all liability as they were afraid of there past history of everything failing. So he didi all by himself, upon starting to build he was there 7 days a week from 5 am to after midnight,not once did they offer to help in any way, angelo laise doesn’t believe in working,his only job were delivery of items,here he delivers your news paper and now pizza because that’s as far as he can think of the place being. Yhey both never had an education,never a real job either.
After working 7 days a week he opened with out a day off and ran the restaurant by himself while his two partners stayed home and relaxed. Not once would they come in and work and learn what needs to be done to run the place and how to teach your employees. Workers are what they are and need guidance and training he said and constant supervision., since they never worked it meant nothing to them learning the business.
