Big John’s in Oviedo has something for everyone
The dining room at Big John’s is flanked with large windows that overlook North Central Avenue. When we dined there, we ordered from a large menu board at the front of the restaurant and sat down to enjoy the view and some good food.
What we ate
“Big” Cheeseburger: $5.99
A large burger with American cheese, lettuce, and tomato- served with fries, baked beans, or coleslaw
Onion Rings: $3.49

What we thought
The cheeseburger was a hearty portion, definitely enough to satiate a hungry man (or woman!). We chose crinkly fries as the side and they were flavorsome, too.
The onion rings were tasty, as expected. You really can’t go wrong with this American favorite.
Would we come back?
Yes - Big John’s has something on the menu for everyone, including all-you-can-eat catfish and other daily specials, like ribs. Sometimes, they even serve alligator meat. And you can order all of the lunch items as early as you want - Big John’s serves lunch during breakfast! The wait staff was friendly, too, and the food came out very quickly.
