Here are some housing statistics for Greater Oviedo from last week:

Statistics for Greater Oviedo since last Sunday:
On the Market – 565 (up from last week)
SOLD – 15 (up from last week)
Under Contract – 234 (same as the previous week)
Those indicating some level of financial distress – 152 (this includes short sales, pre-forclosures, and the like – up from last week)

Detailed break-down of homes for sale:
Oviedo* - 433 (up 4 from last week)
Oviedo city limits – 119 (up 1 from last week)
Chuluota – 74 (down 1 from last week)
Geneva – 57 (same as last week)

*Homes included in this statistic include homes for sale in both Oviedo proper and portions of unincorporated Seminole County that use an Oviedo mailing address.
