Here are some housing statistics for Greater Oviedo from last week:

Statistics for Greater Oviedo since last Sunday:
On the Market – 561 (down from last week)
SOLD – 11
Under Contract – 234 (up from the previous week)
Those indicating some level of financial distress – 146 (this includes short sales, pre-forclosures, and the like – up from last week)

Detailed break-down of homes for sale:
Oviedo* - 429 (down from last week)
Oviedo city limits – 118 (down from last week)
Chuluota – 75 (up 2 from last week)
Geneva – 57 (down 2 from last week)

*Homes included in this statistic include homes for sale in both Oviedo proper and portions of unincorporated Seminole County that use an Oviedo mailing address.
