Blues Bash at the Hitching Post
The Smokin' Torpedoes and the Hitching Post Bar & Grill will host the Chuluota Blues Bash on Saturday, April 25 from noon to midnight. The event will feature ten bands and will be held at the Hitching Post Bar & Grill, 1485 South County Rd. 419 in Chuluota. The cost to enter the event is $10, and dinner plates will be available for $5. Attendees are encouraged to bring lounge chairs, and no coolers or drinks will be allowed.
All proceeds benefit the Seminole County Elementary Schools Music Program.

Oviedo, WS cops will play flag football for charity
The Oviedo Police Department will play the Winter Springs Police Department in flag football on Saturday, April 25th, 2009. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. with kickoff at 6:00 p.m. The game will be played at Oviedo High School and all proceeds will go to the Kids House of Seminole.
There will be a halftime K9 Demonstration and plenty of activities for kids. Come on out and have a fun day, support a great cause, and get plenty of laughs watching the cops play some football.
