A TOPP-Notch Oviedo gathering despite torrent
Though the rain kept many people inside the evening of June 16th, nearly two dozen supporters of The Oviedo Preservation Project (TOPP) braved the storm to celebrate native plants and home-grown cooks at Sweetwater Park in Oviedo.
